CRM, augmented

The CRM that already knows what to do next.

Every conversation, call, and signal lives on the contact card. LIA reads them and surfaces the three accounts most likely to book this week — and drafts the nudge. Two-way sync with Wealthbox and Redtail, so your existing system stays the system of record.

The morning digest

Three accounts most likely to book this week.

Every morning at 7am, LIA hands you the three contacts where momentum is real — with the line of reasoning, the last signal, and a draft message in your voice. No dashboard to read, no list to sort.

Relationship intelligence

Every signal lives on the contact card.

Wealthbox can tell you the last time you logged a note. WealthNavigator tells you the last time they thought about you. We watch the touches you can see — and the signals you usually miss.

I already have a CRM

Keep Wealthbox. Keep Redtail. Add the activity layer.

You spent years getting your CRM clean. We are not asking you to rebuild it. WealthNavigator runs alongside as the activity layer — outreach, replies, call notes, and LIA's next-best-action — and writes everything back to the record you already trust.

Two-way sync runs every five minutes. Conflicts surface as a side-by-side diff so you decide which side wins. New contacts can originate on either side. Stage changes propagate. Nothing gets stranded.

  • Wealthbox. Contacts, custom fields, tasks, opportunities, and notes.
  • Redtail. Contacts, activities, notes, and household linkage preserved.
  • Standalone. Solo RIAs without an existing CRM can run WealthNavigator as the system of record.

Why a thinking CRM

A CRM should not be a database you maintain. It should be the colleague who reminds you, on Tuesday morning, that Margaret mentioned her Q3 review and you meant to circle back.

Common questions

The honest answers.

If your question is not here, write to hello@wealthnavigator.com — we read every message and reply within a business day.

Will WealthNavigator replace my Wealthbox or Redtail?

Only if you want it to. Most advisors keep their existing CRM as the system of record and let WealthNavigator handle activity capture, follow-up, and the LIA-driven next-best-action. Two-way sync runs every five minutes — contacts and stages flow in, conversations and notes flow back out.

What exactly syncs between systems?

Contacts, custom fields, pipeline stages, owner assignments, and tags sync from your CRM. Conversation logs, call notes, sequence touches, replies, and meeting bookings sync from WealthNavigator back to the contact record. You choose which fields are authoritative on which side.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes — CSV, vCard, or direct import from Wealthbox, Redtail, HubSpot, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and Outlook. The importer maps fields automatically and flags duplicates before they land. You can preview and revert any import.

I have 5,000 contacts. Will it slow down?

No. The contact list is virtualised and indexed; we have advisors running books of 12,000+ contacts with sub-second filter and search. LIA scoring runs nightly so the morning digest opens instantly.

Can my team share contacts and notes?

Yes. Contacts can be owned by an individual, shared across a team, or scoped to the firm. Activity notes carry attribution, and assistants or paraplanners can be granted view-only or edit access per record. Audit log shows every change.

What about GDPR for my European clients?

Per-contact data residency tags, an EU data residency option for the underlying store, and one-click data export and erasure for any contact on request. Consent records and lawful-basis tags travel with the contact.

How does LIA decide who to surface this week?

A blend of recency (last touch versus your typical reactivation window), engagement (LinkedIn views, post likes, email opens, reply velocity), stage (where the relationship sits in your pipeline), and explicit signals you flag (liquidity event, RFP, referral). You see the inputs on every suggestion — never a black box.
