Pricing FAQ

The questions advisors actually ask.

01 Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle, no penalty. Annual plans cancel at the end of the term — we will export your archive and CRM data on the way out at no cost.

02 Is there a free trial?

We don't run a self-serve trial because the value shows up after we configure your archive, your custodian sync, and LIA's voice training. Instead, the 20-minute walkthrough demos a working environment against your LinkedIn, and we offer a 30-day pilot with a money-back exit if it's not a fit.

03 How long is the contract?

Monthly billing has no minimum term. Annual billing is a 12-month commitment with two months of credit baked into the price. RIA Team plans default to annual; we will discuss multi-year terms if procurement requires them.

04 Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No setup fee on Solo. Practice includes a one-hour live onboarding session in the price. RIA Team includes multi-session onboarding (admin, advisor cohort, CCO walkthrough) and migration of existing CRM notes — also included.

05 What payment methods do you take?

Credit card and ACH. Annual RIA Team contracts can be invoiced with NET-30 terms. We do not accept cryptocurrency or wire transfers from non-US institutions.

06 Do you offer multi-seat or volume discounts?

Practice and RIA Team prices already include multi-seat economics; the per-advisor cost drops as your seat count grows. RIAs over 25 advisors usually need a custom quote anyway, so we just price the whole engagement during the walkthrough.

07 We have a broker-dealer master agreement. Can you work under it?

Yes. We have signed addenda with several IBDs and B/Ds. Send us the master agreement plus your home office contact during the walkthrough and we will route the paperwork. Pricing for advisors under a B/D master typically lands inside Practice or RIA Team.

08 What happens if I outgrow my tier mid-contract?

You upgrade. We pro-rate the difference for the remainder of the term and roll the new tier into your renewal. We never force a mid-cycle re-paper just because you added a junior advisor.

09 Can I downgrade?

Yes, at the end of the term. We don't strand you in a tier that no longer fits — but we also don't pull features mid-cycle, so any downgrade applies on renewal. Your archive and CRM data move down with you.

10 What about taxes?

US sales tax is added where required by state nexus rules. International advisors (Canada, UK) are billed in USD; local VAT is the customer's responsibility unless we have a registered presence in that jurisdiction.

11 Do you have a refund policy?

The 30-day pilot is fully refundable. After that, monthly cancellations stop future charges but past months are not refunded. Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis only if we materially fail to deliver a contracted feature.

12 Can I get the quote in writing before the walkthrough?

You can get a written range. The exact figure depends on your custodian, your seat count, and your CCO's archive requirements — the walkthrough is genuinely the fastest way to a real number, not a pricing dance.
